Could I be Pregnant

So the past few days every time I wake up I'm sick, I'm extra tired, I'm having temperature changes with my body, and every time I get in a car I get very sick. I don't know if this is just Motion sickness. The last time I was pregnant I was only sick in the morning, when I stopped having it I found out I had a miscarriage. Is there anyone out there with different pregnancy signs? Could I be pregnant?
