Help!!! Not losing weight/fat?!?!
Ok ladies, so I have been eating much healthier than before. No sodas, no desserts, no added sugar, no coffee, nothing greasy, nothing fried, etc. And I've been doing cardio no less than 4x a week.
Apparently even after all that, I've actually gained some body fat. What is going on??? I already know I have hypothyroidism but have been on medication for it.
Anyone have any tips or insight?
