Did your water break?

This is my third pregnancy and my water never broke with my previous two. I asked my mom if her water ever broke and she said no so although I would love for my water to break I believe the chances are slim that it will happen 😢😢. So for the mothers who have delivered before, did your water break? If you've had more than one child did it break with one and not the other?

My water broke w/my 1st at 39 weeks,5 days.. Tomorrow I will be 39 weeks w/ #2.

My sister has 4 kids and her water didn't break with any of them!

My mom's water broke with her 1st & 3rd(not with her 2nd)

Mine broke with my oldest but not with any of my others.

Mine hasn't broken with any of my 3. With my first and third the dr broke it at 10cm and then baby was born in just a few pushes. With my 2nd it broke on its own as I was "holding her in" lol waiting for dr to get there and then baby came the next push. I've heard that when your water breaks it's similar to being induced. Contractions are stronger and more intense. My first 3 have been natural so I'm actually scared my water will break this time and I won't be able to handle it.. Maybe I just got lucky the first three times! 😁

Broke with my 1st and trickled for 48 hours. My second it didn't break it exploded under the water whilst I was pushing x
