A question for mama's who pump

I work full time so I have to pump. I pump 20-30 minutes but I notice the milk I pump, when it's cold and separates, looks like water with just a tiny bit of fat on top.

Can that mean I'm not pumping long enough and expelling more hind milk? Or maybe I'm not getting adequate nutrition?
