supply help
My baby is 2.5 months and I feel like my supply is drying up or something. I exclusively feed him with breast milk - pumped and breast..
The past few days I haven't been able to pump as much as I usually do.. I used to let him feed on one side while i pump the other. But recently one isn't enough for him!! He just finished both and is still crying for more!! And I am lucky if he holds off for 90 minutes between feeds so don't have time to pump
I'm starting work tomorrow and am so nervous he will run through my supply... I am allowed to pump at work but don't think it will be enough.
A few weeks ago I had such a surplus! I have over 100 ounces in the freezer! Where did it go?!
Can anybody offer any suggestions on what to do? To satisfy his hunger and to build my supply? I am so upset thinking I might have to use formula.. I don't had a problem with moms who do but I personally don't want to!
