Low/high blood pressure?

I was wondering if my symptoms mean high/low blood pressure.

I Googled it and I meet most of the criteria besides the fainting although I've been pretty close to it a few times.

Light-headedness

Shortness of breath

Seeing spots

Random thirst and a few others.

I've mentioned this to my OB and all he said was to keep an eye on it. It hasn't gotten any better and it's still happening some days worse than others. It happens at random times during the day. I do get randomly dizzy while I'm laying down at night. Would you ladies help me out?
