Australian sun.. 5wks along

Alright so I am currently 5 weeks pregnant and I am travelling to Australia and Indonesia in November. I'm wondering if there are any ideas on how I can get my skin ready for their sun. I have minutes left at a tanning salon but hear so many conflicting arguments about it. No rude comments I'm just looking for advice. Thank you!
