Breastfeeding with implants

I got my implants about 4 years ago and people always ask if it affects breast feeding and I don't think it does. But I only get 1-2 oz per breast when I pump. And I only pump because I work and baby boy needs food when I'm gone. When he breast feeds if he doesn't get a good latch, my milk just nearly pours out. Just wondering if any other breast feeding moms have implants and how it affects you if it does.
