Birth skills by juju Sundin

Just thought I'd share the most amazing book I just read... It's called "birth skills" by someone called juju sundin... As someone who's not super hippy dippy on the subject I LOVED this book... She talks about birth skills suitable to help try and ease the pain of labour naturally without pushing drug-free labor down your throat and without making you feel like a failure if you do need pain relief/epidural/c-section during labor. She even talks about strategies for posterior labours and both the transition and pushing phases. I loved it! Highly recommend for any mamas interested 😊😊😊
