Back labor? 31 weeks..

What does back labor feel like? No matter what I'm doing my back hurts! Lay down sit up stand walk.. Anything.. It feels like my muscles are tight & just hurts.. 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩

it's only in your lower back and it's like intense cramping and it won't go away. I had it with my daughter but just assumed I slept wrong and fell back asleep and it woke me up again an hour later and it had intensified.

That's how my back labor started. I couldn't lay down , sitting up was kinda rough as well and then tmi but got the instant of wanting to poop and sure enough I was in labor..

I went through back labor with my son. It is excruciating! Feels like my back was going to explode! It was caused by my son pushing the back of his head against my spine during labor. My husband pushed in the spot hard and it relieved it a bit. It came with contractions. Sometimes they hurt in front like you would expect and sometimes in my back. It happened when I has in the last hours of labor. Probably started around 2pm and I had my son at 7pm.
