Just curious

I'm not asking this to be rude or wanting to know people's business I'm just curious and thanks for the answers in advance

I will be starting college in the middle of the month and I'm just curious what people chose to fund the course books etc. Right now I hope I'll be able to do it all without loans. I live in Ireland so fees and tuition is nothing like most other places.
