possibly pregnant😭😭😭😭

I am 19 and have been married for a year we want kids but not now. We have a very regular sex life and always use both control but mine just ran out and my doctors appointment is in a few weeks so I am going o natural he forgot and didn't pull out . Yesterday I was super emotional and crying, mad, and happy and just super weird and my husband told me he thinks I'm pregnant and today I'm spotting. I have thought I was pregnant before I just don't want to tell him I think I am and Go through the worry and anxiety that comes with id y'all think I am overacting or jumping the gun.
