labor soon??

I'm 37+1 today and for the past couple of days I've been feeling EXTRA cranky. I've been battling headaches on and off and I honestly feel like I could sleep all day. I went from (tmi) not pooping hardly at all to going at least 3 times a day and feeling nauseous. No pattern of BH today, but when I do get them they take my breath away. I haven't been checked for dilation just yet but I can tell she has dropped. What do you think?
