Does anyone know?

Does anyone know or is there any women who have had miscarriages & weren't able to have anymore children anymore? After my first child, 2 years later, I was pregnant but I lost the baby & had to have the surgery to get the baby out.. a few months later, my fiance & I were ttc again. Since then, I have not been able to get pregnant. He cums inside every time & we have sex almost every day of my fertile window. What's happening? It's always been a fear of ours to not be able to conceive after the miscarriage. Has anyone else gone through this?
