Bc help?

I have only been using the pill for a month i am on my last pill for this month. The dr desided to put me on... Well to help regulate my period.. I have noticed it is very heavy, i have had some bad cramps, and the clots are a bit big, and i also have had a few accidents... Is this normal since i am not use to getting a period at all basically or should i see the dr sooner then next month?

Also since the flow is heavy what is the best pad to use? I dislike tampons... I don't like how they feel.. Right now i have an off brand of the over night pads and it just seems the past 3 mornings it has travild to the back and well i am sure you can guss the rest... Just a mess all over...
