what kind of birth control?

So I know only a doctor can tell me 100% but I wanted to get some opinions of all of you on eve. What's the best birth control method for me? My fiancé and I are long distance and we spend about a week together every 2 or 3 months. Condoms irritate me and even with the non latex and sensitive skin versions of condoms I get UTIs from them. I don't get utis when we used a plan b pill and the pullout method. But obviously those 2 methods are not good long term. Currently I'm in college full time so I'm not able to work a lot so money is tight. Because of that... I'm worried about getting on birth control because of medical bills. Also my parents still insist that I stay under their insurance..until my fiancé and I are married. Which will be awhile because we are both focusing on college.But I would rather not have them know about my birth control through medical bills coming to our house or my sex lode from prescriptions they might look at. What should I do? Does anyone have any suggestions for me?:(
