best breast pump?" /> I'm trying to pick the best double breast pump as I plan to breast feed when baby gets here. Any experiences with breast pumps?

I love my Spectra S2! It does the job quietly and quickly. I tried an Ameda but prefer the Spectra.

Just a tip: If you're in the US, your insurance should provide a breast pump for free. They don't advertise this, but under Obamacare, they all pretty much have to. I had Aetna and they gave me a brand new Medela Pump in Style completely free. So check into that! Even if you end up not loving the free one, at least it didn't cost anything and you have one to use while you find a better one.

Oh, and the Medela PIS worked fine, no problems.

Contact your insurance. Mine only covers a manual pump but you don't need a preauthorization or prescription to purchase from an in network provider. My insurance covers an electric pump after my deductible has been met and I'll pay the coinsurance of 20%. So I'll pay like $60. I'm waiting a few more weeks before purchasing so I can get the electric because I'll be pumping at work.
