Tylenol Cold +Flu Severe

Moms, I am 15+3 with baby no 2 & it seems like I'm coming down with something out of the blue. I went from having severe nausea & vomiting ( diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum at 4 wks )until today I haven't felt nauseous at all - thank god ! I'm not sure if it's a cold but to me it feels like I'm getting the flu.  Achy body cough sneeze runny nose and a severe headache. I bought Tylenol cold and flu severe ( non alcohol ) ..
