Financial support

Ok, I am 6 months pregnant and my husband and I only have 1 income the bills are coming up to about 1500 a month...I'm thinking we should move back in with a family member (together) until we get our car paid off or I go back to work which ever comes 1st, so we can save more money and get everything the baby will need without depending on others help. My great grandma has a 4 bedroom and lives alone and doesn't mind, of course we'll be helping her with expenses, groceries, etc. Do you guys think it's a good idea because we're getting really behind and digging a deeper hole or should we just tough it out?
