Colds and Early Pregnancy

I have been TTC #1 for a year and I have learned not to get my hopes up based on little symptoms, but I have to ask about this one. Did anyone here ever get a cold before their BFP?? I just came down with the fasted cold ever. Yesterday evening around 6:30 I started to get the beginnings of a sore throat and by 9 PM I had a fullblown painful sore throat and stuffy nose. Usually when I get a cold my symptoms progress slower but this time it feels like my body isn't even trying to fight it. I know a suppressed immune system is a real thing in early pregnancy and I am 10 DPO, AF due on sept 7th or 8th. I am not getting my hopes up because 13 previous cycles of failure have taught me that, and also I just flew here to Europe a couple of days ago and I know travel and jet lag can bring your immune system down too. However, still curious if anyone has experienced this and been pregnant??
