horribly embarrassing question

I had it under control for a while and didn't have one for a while I even changed my diet to help and I even use this special soap for my bum. but I took some antibiotics and it's back with a vengeance, at the moment I cannot go to the store for antifungal so for tonight I am asking for an at home diy treatment I guess. I've heard that you can use apple cider vinegar for vaginal yeast infections, can I put that on my bum? Anything else?
