I have had this for 7 years.. It's only now bothered me since I've had a partner

It doesn't hurt no itch.
But it have bled (little spots on tissue) from straining to much.

Should I go to the doctors? Or can I treat it at home. Is it dangerous?

If youve had it for 7 years id see a doctor... I had one a year ago and saw a doctor as soon as i could they typically give you ointment but if its really bad they have to remove it

Which hazel pads or tucks help for after you go to the bathroom. Also sitting in the tub with only a small amount of water and soaking them helps too. Honestly, I'm not sure if they'll completely go away - I had them pre-pregnancy and didn't have any problems for a long time then 4 months in they got crazy and now I'm trying to manage them. You can also get preparation h, but I think that is better during flare ups. Good luck though!!
