Would you dye your hair a color you know your husband don't like, even though you love it?

I've had every color under the sun, he didn't like them all (he likes my natural blonde), but he got over it. I didn't like when he shaved his head but it's his head/hair so he could do what he wants with it.

Yes, already have multiple times! We're engaged and have been together 9 years. My hair is naturally brown and was when he met me, shortly after I dyed it black which he loved and I went between black/brown for the last 9 years with only little bits of bright colors thrown in (a streak of purple underneath my hair and stuff like that). In June I bleached my whole head blond which he hated then shortly after I dyed it purple which he doesn't like either. Now it's hot pink which he doesn't like. Since June it's been various shades of purple and pink. He just deals with it, it's my body, he doesn't get a say in stuff like this and he respects that. I know he doenst like it and I know what he likes bed but he never tries to tell me what to do or anything. I'm still unsure what color hair I will have for our wedding in May but if who I am at that time is someone with bright hair then that's how I'll get married. He may not love it but he loves me.

I compromise now. Like right at this very moment I'm coloring my hair maroon in the middle becuase I wanted to do purple and he was completely against but was fine with red (not much diff to me) so I found a happy medium lol. But 3 years ago I wanted purple and he said no I did it anyway. He had a attitude for a couple hours but there was nothing he could do. Every now and then he would say something smart but I didn't care. Lol

We tend to compromise on things, when we met I was dying my hair auburn, it's naturally mouse brown with the occasional stray gray, he kept saying how much he wanted to see it natural, I decided I would not dye my hair while pregnant so he's now gotten to see it's natural state, once I have my baby girl though I will totally start dyeing it again! On his end I like it when he keeps his beard nicely trimmed but sometimes he likes a completely bare face or he likes to let his beard get really burly & bushy (it depends on the time of year) so most of the time he keeps it trimmed but occasionally changes things up.

Just as long as you never have an issue with something he wants to do that you don't like, and that it doesn't cause unwanted problems..... It IS just hair
