Hypertension-35 weeks

Last time i went to my obgyn appointment, they checked my blood pressure and it was high, it was 140/100 and so far throughout my pregnancy it has been very normal, and they sent me to L&D but then sent me home because it went down when they tested me there. And i have my next appointment on thursday, and someone told me that if i go in and my BP is high again that they will have to induce me at 37 weeks??!! 😣 is that true? Anyone experience the same thing? Any advice is appreciated
