COPPER IUD ????

Question

So I'm getting th copper IUD Tuesday afternoon as a form of emergency contraception since I want to have a long term birth control as well. What should I expect getting it put in and what about after. 
Will my boyfriend or I feel it during sex?

I've seen so many post about how horrible it is to get the IUD placed and guess what ?! It was a breeze! They did some ultrasounds before after and during, to make sure it's in place and gets placed correctly. They also do sound depth with feels like cramping but nothing to painful. But all in all I found placement pretty okay! Do expect some spotting ! I spotted for 12 days in a row 😑 . And if your strings are long he might be able to feel it but he shouldn't and if he dose you can always get them trimmed! There is also mild cramping after placement just have some Tylenol and a heating pad near by and you should be okay.
