Depo & Not pulling out

Hi everyone, I'm a freshman in college and I've been on birth control(depo) for about 3-4 weeks. My boyfriend of 4 years were having unprotected sex one night and he came inside me. We both didn't expect for it to happen and we're kinda nervous about the possibility of being pregnant, what are the chances of that happening?
