please help 😭
hey ladies 😝 so, I've had my period for 7 years now. and I've never had a problem with cramps, headaches or anything. if I did have a cramp, it lasted for about 4 seconds and never hit my again. but, today, all of a sudden, I have these horrible horrible cramps and they aren't going away. any idea for why the sudden change took place?
