I'm confussed

Okay so I had a period that ended in the 27th of last momth. But I wanna say starting about 4-5 days ago I started to feel really sick through out the day. And yesterday I went to the bathroom and wiped there was a little blood but nun on the next swip so I didn't think anything of it. But then I woke up this morning and this time I'm bleeding but it's super light and spotting. I took a pregnancy test to see if i could be pregnet and it was negtive . so if anyone could help explain if this is normal or what it might be that would be very much so helpful
