pp headaches and light headedness

After having my son in June I have suffered from headaches everyday .. Mainly tension headaches. They are associated with horrible neck pain and eye fatigue. My eyes get so irritated I feel like I can't hold them open and sometimes they feel sore. I take everything OTC for headaches and prescription fiorcet. Usually little to no relief from medications. I had my six week check up at the end of July and my dr didn't have much to say other than maybe see a neuro dr and she doesn't think it's pre-Clem. Well my insurance has lapsed since I am staying home with my baby and not working so that rules out the neuro dr for now.
