Advice needed from fellow fit moms: to jog or not to jog?
I want to be able to still jog during my pregnancy, but end up giving up half way through and walking because my bladder takes a serious beating and stomach starts cramping. I've tried a belly band, but maybe it wasn't supportive enough. Any other tips or suggestions that worked for you? Or should I just concede the fact that I should stick to walking and other low impact exercises?
