Full Blown Contractions Then They Stopped?

Has anyone else have full blown Contractions then they stopped after an 1hr?

My doctor told me they can stall like that. She said to walk around and see if they pick back up and if they become 5 min apart to come in the hospital.

Me I just was monitored for a few hours was having them ever 15 minutes then they stopped which was awesome because I'm like 34 weeks and don't want to have her early

I had a false labour with my second child. I was in labour for couple of hrs but was waiting til contractions got closer. Boyt 20-15mins apart n they suddenly stopped. I didnt go into labour to have him for bout 4 days later lol

Yikes! They called an ambulance ? That's gonna be expensive! Braxton hicks contractions can feel like labor and a lot of women think they are in labor and go to L&D only to be sent home due to false labor. Even if it's full blown labor, it's not something that would require taking an ambulance to the hospital...
