First ever ovulation test is a Yes+?

So I bought a digital ovulation test today on a whim while I was at Target. I took it when I got home and got a positive result. I am on cycle day 11 of a 29 day cycle. The kit said to test on the 12th or 13th day so I was jumping the gun a bit so I was surprised to see a yes+. I guess what I am wondering is if I am too late now since I didn't test multiple days before the positive? I plan on having sex tonight but how big of a window (how many days) does a positive result give you to have sex in? Can you get more than one positive in the same cycle? Thanks for the help!
