Should I continue taking vitex even during my periods?
My period was 1 month late as of today and I'm pretty sure I just now got my period again. I've also been taking vitex for 3 weeks. Should I take the vitex even during my period? Or stop taking the vitex during my periods and start back up on it once my period is finished?
