Strange early pregnancy sign or just in my head???

I'm only 6/7 dpo, and I was pregnant in June/July and had a MC in August so this could all be in my head. I've had twinges in my ovaries the past 24 hours (not pain, just like a jolty feeling), and I don't think it's in my uterus, they are more on the sides. I'm also extremely tired. Has anyone else felt these things, or been tired this early on? Or is this all in my head (it totally could be, haha).
