Anybody know...

How do they tie tubes these days?  I mean, assuming you're not already opened up for a c-section.  Can they do it through a scope do you think?  My husband and I are trying to decide who to snip.  With baby born in March, I've already hit my deductible and almost my out of pocket max.  We're on different insurance policies- it was less expensive that way.  We're just not sure what would be most cost effective.  And between the two of us, I do better with stuff like this.  Might be worth it to have my tubes tied just so I don't have to deal with the moaning and groaning. He's truly the world's biggest baby!  I mean, come on!!!
