How do I tell him?

He's not my boyfriend, and I wouldn't call him a FWB yet though he's trying to be. We had sex once last week and I have a yeast infection now because of it, and he's been asking to see me but I don't feel comfortable saying "Sorry I can't I have a yeast infection." 😅 Like how can I tell him without making it weird? It's not a bad yeast infection-- it's getting better. It'll probably be over soon, but ehh
