Crushing on someone you used to hate/find annoying?

Alright so I'm 17, and basically really inexperienced in the whole relationship area. Anyway I just wanted to know if it's normal to start liking somebody you used to find really annoying cause it's happening to me and its weirding me out and I don't know how to act.

Idk if it's normal tbh but I think it's ok I've done this before and it turned out to be one of my best relationships and the most open one because in my case he knew I use to dislike him and then we both started crushing two whole years later and it was the best because we kinda knew each other and could play around and be ourselves . Sometimes you hate people because your mentally trying to block your true feelings for them ig ... If that makes sense anyways yeah go for it !
