Not having sex ever again, no joke!

I am 10 weeks pp, i had an episiotomy and tore up each side of my vagina. I had a lot of stitches. I am still not healed properly, my vagina is still very open and air gets trapped up there and when i sit down it comes out making a noise, also when in the bath lots of water goes up too. I have scar tissue where i tore which is balls of skin sticking out, the bottom of my vagina where i had episiotomy has not connected back together correclt and makes my vagina look so open. I am not having sex ever again due to this which is affecting my relationship. It'sembarrassing, will my doctor do something for me if i were to tell them. They never checked me at 6 weeks appointment, i have not been checked down there since after birth😐
