Can I carrying my 27 pound toddler in the first trimester?

I am 4-5 weeks pregnant and was wanting to know if it's save to still carry my daughter every now and then. She weighs about 27 pounds.

As long as your pregnancy isn't high risk you should be okay to lift and carry as normal still.
