Need advice asap PLZ

Okay ladies.. hard to explain but any advice is very much appreciated..

Im approx 11dpo (cd37) Ive had pretty normal AF like cramps with no AF..

At this very moment, ive got a pain on mainly left side but goes from ribs down through lower abdomen and its on right side too but not as bad.. worse when moving fast but when sitting/laying still its a dull ache.. lots of CM still.

still very nauseous... NO bleeding

BUT i have a history of ectopic pregnancies

Ep# 1 no pain at all, "normal AF" with positive test whilst bleeding (surgery and right tube removed)

EP#2 consistent light bleeding from conception, occasionally severe cramps, bleeding continued for 6 weeks straight. Headaches, dizzy, dehydrated etc.. ectopic pregnancy was discovered in ER

Left tube saved..

I think i seen a very very faint line on a test but others didnt.. so assuming that i have line eyes... I have no idea whats going on... any ideas? I live rurally so cant just pop down to drs its also raining and crappy weather here.. but will visit E.R tomorrow if still in pain due to history.....
