no period with birth control.

I been on birth control a few years now. I came from the deposit shot to the implant to now the ring. Even since o started on birth control I rarely have periods. So, I just started on the nuvring. Before that my body was getting use to its natural cycle. I took out my birth control Monday. Now it's Friday and still no period. I even took a pregnancy test and its negative. What should I do?
