Nexplanon stopped working??

I've been on nexplanon for 2 years with no problems. I haven't had a single period since I've had it. But all of a sudden I get my period. It lasted 7 days but it would stop and go. Should i be worried that it is no longer working. My boyfriend and me have sex 2-3 a day and he does finish in me. And we only use my nexplanon as the on BC. Im scared im pregnant cause I'm having the same symptoms as my other pregnancies. Idk when to take a test. Im sooo scard
