conceiving problems

I use pre seed lube and my hubby and I have been trying for the past 8 months to get pregnant , (but failed ) but we just started using pre seed lube about 2 months ago , we have used it about 3 times but still nothing and yes we have sex during my fertal Windows and or days any comments on to what might help me get pregnant?
