If you TTC for over a year Succes Story

So I'm starting my tww on my third round of clomid. I ovulated early, CD11 again just like I did last cycle, normally its around and cd 13-15. We have both been tested and all is good, clomid is to hope for bigger healthier eggs. We've been trying since March 2015. I already feel out since I ovulated early just like last cycle which obviously didn't work. Can I hear your success stories if you tried for over a year. What worked?
