Essentially just... Detox! When your bowels are full, the toxins get stuck and we're in unnecessary amount of pain. (you know that you feel better when you poop!)

Detox teas etc work, as does drinking water but what was a game changer for me was

magnesium chloride

- those flakes that are usually next to Epsom salts at the store. Teaspoon of magnesium in a glass of water will lubricate and stimulate your bowels and will make you go to the bathroom, naturally and gently in short time! <:o) and it soothes your nerves too!

Pain goes away, taking it from level 9/10 to just 2! I've been using it for last year or so, no side effects. Hope it helps someone!
