Anyone seen this type of changing table?

It was really great because the 6 month old had very sensitive skin and got diaper rash easily so using water was better for him. It also made bath time easy! The sprayer hooks up to the sink and then the water drains right into the toilet. Anyway, it looks like the company who made them in the US (I think it's called ShowerBaby or Babidet) doesn't produce them anymore. The mother of the family was from Switzerland and said she got her's there so I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find one? Thanks!
