Eating dates for labor prep 🌴
I keep hearing people talking about eating 6 dates a day in the last 4w as prep for labor. I love dates but even back in the day I'd only have one or two. Now I look up nutrition info and one date is 18 carbs! Doesn't sound GD friendly, as even eating one date would take up a whole snack carb count for me. Anyone have more info or ideas on this?
