Wow my baby is not sleeping

My lo has horrible 20 to 30 min naps. Constantly moves all night, cries out for her pacifier periodically. Gets up either super early like 4 am or now between 1 and 3 to eat and has trouble to go back now. Sometimes she settles herself but sometimes I have to go in and hold hand, rub head etc...what is going on? When will she sleep thro6the night. Her bedtime is between.730 and 830. Teething and I'm exausted
