Vitex...yes or no?

Hiii, just ordered 100 X 1000mg of vitex because I've heard good things. Just wondered if anyone on here has had any experience with this?

I wasn't even getting periods before I started taking Vitex. Now I'm regular and can feel it when I ovulate. I did hear it takes 3 months to fully work ( I'm only taking 40mg since anymore was giving me nightmares). Good luck!

I'm taking that and cassanovum plus. I have no issues with my cycle but did ovulate 2-3 days before I usually do. Told I got my positive opk so we shall see in two weeks.
