Edit** I didn't mean go sound ungrateful like y'all are making me sound. I don't expect anything back, but we had been making out and doing a little foreplay before hand, the message was part of that.  Also his job is VERY labor intensive, so something on his body hurts everyday, that's never stopped us before. He had made it seem if I do this for him I'll get something in return *hint hint* it wasn't just out of no where, I had expressed my feelings to him.
